Admittedly so, we are not big on smaller holiday celebrations in our house. Valentine’s Day is a day where we say I love you, and we share some candy accumulated from random sources. We have had to adjust this year to a school calendar and all holidays being recognized. However, one holiday our son has always seemed to love (despite our parental lack of enthusiasm) is St. Patrick’s Day.

It must be the green, or the luck, or the fun, but he has always loved it. Perhaps it was that first set of shamrock jammies he had as an infant!

Nevertheless, here we are – six years later. The luck of the pot of gold and the luck of the Irish is what our little one seems to love the most (oh and green is his favorite color).

Today we are sharing our free printable kids’ writing sheet from A Family Lifestyle, and some other great links for kids to enjoy for the holiday.

Our sheet is super easy, just print and have your children write a special St. Patrick’s Day message for your keepsake book, or for themselves. We will be writing about our wishes for this year and why we are lucky already. We like to focus on thankfulness for what we have, and what we can look forward to ahead of us.
